Héctor de Césare covers his hit "Veneno" with the artist Carlos Macías

The new success of the artist Héctor de Césare arrives in the form of a version. The Spanish musician has re-recorded his acclaimed song "Veneno" together with the prestigious Mexican singer, composer and producer Carlos Macías, in which he fuses salsa with flamenco and urban rhythms.

The single has been produced by Héctor de Césare himself and the producer Aure Ortega, who has also been in charge of the musical arrangements. The recording of the voices took place in the V43 studios of the musician and producer Javier Losada, who has also intervened in the vocal arrangements. The sound engineer Piti Martínez has been in charge of the mixes and final mastering.

Carlos Macías, a Grammy-winning artist, has been nominated for four Grammy awards for his latest album, “Raíces”. In addition, he has collaborated with Mexican artists such as Armando Manzanero, Luis Miguel and Cristian Castro. According to Armando Manzanero himself, Carlos Macías is “the composer of the decade”.

This new single comes accompanied by a video clip that shows the making of of the recording of the song and that has been shot and edited by the RecQuick production company.

The original song of “Veneno” is part of Héctor de Césare's debut album, with the same title published in 2014. Later he released a renewed version of the song, entitled “Veneno (the remix)”.
